HOUSE OF DIVINE VIEWS:

$200 PER NIGHT, 4 NIGHT MINIMUM, Based on double occupancy.  $25 extra per person/night.

Maid Cleaning Exit Fee, $85.

Prices are for maximum six (6) person occupancy. A credit card number is required to confirm and hold a reservation.

STUDIO CABIN:

$100 PER NIGHT, 4 NIGHT MINIMUM

 Prices are for maximum two (2) person occupancy. A credit card number is required to confirm and hold a reservation.

DEPOSITS: 50% of total stay is due at time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  We will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $25 booking fee, for cancellations made 60 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made within 60 days will be billed for the entire stay, unless we are able to rebook the house.  

RESERVATIONS: Advance reservations are absolutely necessary. If we are out of the office, please leave a message and we will get back to you shortly. Visa, AMEX, and Mastercard are accepted.

 Maid service available during your stay at your expense.
